Hosta ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Hosta - Property Manager mobile application.

• User ID (generated internally)

2. Booking and Property Data

• Guest names
• Guest phone numbers
• Booking dates
• Prices
• Notes you enter
• Property names and configuration settings

3. Calendar Integration Data

When you provide an iCal URL from external rental platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Ostrovok):

• We retrieve booking calendar data from the provided URL
• Imported booking data is stored securely in your account
• The integration is strictly read-only
• We do not send your data to these platforms

You may remove iCal integrations at any time within the app.

4. Local Preferences

Certain preferences (such as selected currency and interface settings) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Hosta service
• Authenticate users
• Enable core app functionality
• Sync data across your devices
• Import bookings via iCal integration
• Provide customer support
• Ensure data security and account integrity

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing tracking, or analytics.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Supabase
We use Supabase as our secure cloud infrastructure provider for data storage and authentication. Supabase processes data on our behalf under strict security controls.

Apple
We share necessary information with Apple for app distribution through the App Store.

We do not share your data with advertising networks or third-party marketing services.

Data Storage and Security

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
