By downloading, installing, or using the Hosta - Property Manager mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Hosta is a property rental management app designed for independent short-term rental hosts. The App allows users to manage bookings, track income and expenses, sync calendars from external platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and others), check property availability, and communicate with guests.
To use cloud sync features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App offers a free tier (1 property) and optional paid subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including bookings, property information, guest details, expenses, and notes. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

The App integrates with third-party services (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, WhatsApp) through iCal calendar URLs and messaging links. These integrations are read-only and provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosta and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
